A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a cafeteria in Daejeon Seo-gu D, Daejeon, and the victim F (n, 16 years of age) and G (n, 17 years of age) are students working in the said cafeteria.

1. Crimes against victim F;

A. On February 1, 2014, between 17:30 and 19:00, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim F, a part of the victim Larbrate, was seated in the above “E” restaurant; and (b) reported that the victim F, a part of the victim’s right arms to the right arms of the victim, and the part of the victim’s arms from his hand to the inner arms; and (c) refused the victim’s refusal to stop, the victim, “I might see that land would be bad,” and then, the victim was hicked with the victim’s right jum that the victim suffered from his will, with his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.

B. At around 00:50 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) returned the said Victim F to the top of his own car and returned home to Korea; and (b) refused to do so by the victim while he did not want to do so; (c) but, (d) the Defendant took the victim’s hand by saying, “I am good and good, I am good.”

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.

C.
