Basic Facts

On September 15, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into each of the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) as the insured with Defendant B, who is a female’s child, as the insured.

From April 8, 2006 to April 13, 2010, Defendant B was hospitalized in a hospital for 587 days in total, and Defendant A was paid 57,952,421 won (i.e., KRW 52,24,870, KRW 5,707,51) from the Plaintiff during the period from November 17, 2006 to September 20, 2010 according to each insurance contract of this case as listed below.
