1. It is confirmed that each insurance contract entered in the separate sheet concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is invalid.

2. The defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 30, 2008, the Defendant entered into each of the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet with the insured and the beneficiary as the Defendant (hereinafter “instant one insurance contract” and “instant two insurance contracts” according to the separate sheet, and where each of the above insurance contracts is collectively referred, “each of the instant insurance contracts”.

B. After the conclusion of each of the instant insurance contracts, the Defendant received from February 25, 2008 to March 17, 2008 insurance proceeds of KRW 42,391,796 in total from the Plaintiff in relation to the aforementioned treatment for 595 days, including the Defendant received hospitalization for 22 days from a National Assembly member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs due to the Rabal fever, etc. from February 25, 2008 to 222 days from July 26, 2014 (i.e., KRW 13,040,513 according to the insurance contract of this case).
