A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1,850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Clean Women’s Prison on June 1, 2009.

No defendant may possess, use, administer, trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, or deliver, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, or a psychotropic drug, (hereinafter referred to as "clopon").

1. 3. Mephone medication on October 201.

A. At around 23:00 on October 14, 201, the Defendant, together with F, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine with 0.05g each water and dilution them with water.

B. At around 14:00 on October 15, 201, the Defendant, along with F, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine with 0.05gs, and dilution them with water.

C. The Defendant, together with F, around October 16, 201, around 18:00, approximately 0.1g of philopon at the house of F, respectively.
