1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendants received a request from a person who was unable to receive his/her name (hereinafter referred to as “D office”) on December 10, 2014, and around 13:09 on the same day, Q in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P.
