A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 2 through 9 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall cultivate, take in, or possess for the purpose of marijuana or its seed coats, unless he/she is a narcotics handler, and no person shall smoke, take in, or possess for the purpose of, marijuana or its seed coats.

1. When the Defendant, among September 2015, discovered about 10 marijuana in the vicinity of the "D" located in Incheon Ma, the Defendant: (a) collected hemp franchis for the purpose of smoking; (b) from that time, he/she collected the hemp franchis (e.g. 1 gambling frans) for the purpose of smoking; and (c) from March 8, 2018, he/she saved the Defendant’s residence by Hongcheon-gun and the Defendant’s franchis, which are the Defendant’s residence, around March 12:4, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On November 3, 2017, the Defendant collected the fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluoral fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s fluoral fluor’s flus

B. On November 11, 2017, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) placed part of the hemp plants possessed as stated in the foregoing 1.3 in the “I Campping site” located in Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant smoked by inserting a part of the hemp plants possessed as stated in the foregoing 1.3, into a portable mixing machine; and (b) putting them into a cro or tobacco pen and attaching a fire to a smoke.

On November 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed part of the hemp plants in possession of the hemp plants as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1 into a portable mixing machine and smoked in a way of spreading the smoke by inserting them into a co-ro or tobacco pen and attaching them to it.

(d)

On March 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed part of the hemps possessed as the above 1. paragraph (1) into a portable mixing machine and cut off a smoke at a cocon or tobacco pen, which is around 22:00, the Defendant’s residence; and (b) put the hemps into a portable mixing machine and cut down a smoke.
