A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

18,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On December 2016, the Defendant received a free delivery of the hemp in front of the sperm located in Chuncheon apartment in around December 2016.

B. On August 2017, the Defendant received a free delivery of the hemp from M in front of the apartment house set forth in the foregoing paragraph (a) around August 2017.

Around February 4, 2018, the Defendant was given a free delivery of the hemp plant in front of the Hongcheon-gun N on February 4, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant received marijuana over three times.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on November 11, 2017, at around 14:05, the Defendant, along with I, smoked in a “P Camping site” located in the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Suwon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, by inserting and crushing the hemp in a portable compound with I together with I, and then inserting it in a nose or tobacco pen and attaching a fire to it.

B. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on November 15, 2017: (a) placed in the street in Q Q in Q, Q, Q, with I et al. for a portable mixture of hemps; and (b) putting the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor
