When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the head of the D Livestock Industry Cooperatives Association in North Korea from December 1, 2006 to the present date, and was elected as a candidate for the election of the said Association that was implemented on March 11, 2015.

When a cooperative provides money and goods for congratulations, marriage, funeral, funeral and ancestor worship, or other congratulations and condolences at expenses for the livestock industry, such money and goods shall be provided in the name of the livestock industry cooperative and shall clearly indicate that the expenses of the

Nevertheless, around June 9, 2013, at the F Hospital funeral hall located in E in Jeonju-si, the Defendant attended the funeral ceremony of members of the D Livestock Industry Cooperatives G and provided KRW 50,000 as the expenses of the D Livestock Industry Cooperatives in its name. From around that time to February 3, 2014, the Defendant provided KRW 850,000 for a total of 10 times from that time to February 3, 2014, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
