Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected as the head of the cooperative at the first time of the election of the head of the cooperative nationwide on March 11, 2015 (2,881) and held office as the head of the cooperative.

Where money or goods for congratulations or condolences are provided at the expense of a cooperative or federation under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, the Fisheries Cooperatives Act, or a cooperative under the Forestry Cooperatives Act, or at other congratulations or condolences, the act of disclosing the name or name of the representative of the cooperative, etc. or in a manner presumed to be such act shall be deemed a contribution act, clearly stating that the relevant cooperative, etc. is the expense.

Nevertheless, around June 12, 2016, the Defendant attended the marriage ceremony for children of members F, and provided KRW 50,000,000 received at the expense of the said union in the name of the union, and did not provide the said union with the name of the union by stating that it is the expenses of the said union. The Defendant added KRW 50,000 to the said congratulatory money at its own expense, and provided the amount of KRW 250,000 in total five times from around that time to May 14, 2017, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
