1. The defendant is against the plaintiff (appointed party) and the selectors listed in the attached Table 1 list in attached Form 2.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a company with the purpose of passenger transport service, etc., and the plaintiffs are members belonging to the Democratic Bus Workers' Union of the National Transport Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Public-Private Partnership"), who work as the defendant's bus crew members.

B. Wages paid to the employees belonging to the Defendant under the terms of the collective agreement and wage agreement shall be governed by the collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the Incheon Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association and the National Automobile Workers’ Union of Incheon (hereinafter “Electronic Labor Union”). The main contents of the instant case from 2009 to 2012 are as follows:

The term of validity and the period of implementation of the collective agreement in 2009 (as of September 1, 2009) - The term of validity and the period of implementation of this agreement shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010. - The term of validity of this agreement shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 201. - The term of termination of this agreement shall apply until the date of renewal after the expiration of this agreement and the right to terminate a collective agreement may be terminated only by mutual agreement between labor and management. - The term of this agreement shall enter into force on August 1, 2009 to 40 hours per week,

- The working system is a two-day system, based on 40-hour work per week, and may be concurrently worked on a day-day basis through labor-management consultation.

Provided, That the first day of every day shall be recognized as the second class service per day.

- The number of full-time working days each month shall be 22 days (20 days in February), the full-time allowance shall be paid during full-time work, and the holiday allowance shall be paid in addition to the prescribed number of working days in excess of 22 days (20 days in February).

3) The wages of the members of the wage agreement shall be determined by the agreement between the Incheon Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association, the Incheon Urban Bus Construction Cooperative Association, and the Electronic Labor-Related Incheon Union. 4) Bonuses 1) The Company shall pay the bonus of 600% per annum to the first-class member (driver) who is in service.
