Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the objective of passenger transport service, etc., and the plaintiff and the designated parties (hereinafter "the plaintiff, etc.") are members of the Incheon Branch B of the National Transport Industry Democratic Bus Workers' Union (hereinafter " Democratic Bus Workers' Union") (hereinafter "Plastic Bus Workers' Union") who are employed by the defendant company on each of the corresponding dates as stated in the "date of entry" list 3 attached hereto, and currently worked as the defendant's bus drivers.

B. Wages paid to employees belonging to the Defendant under the terms of the collective agreement and wage agreement apply to the collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the Incheon Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association and the Korea Automobile Workers’ Union of Incheon (hereinafter “Korea Automobile Workers’ Union”).
