1. The defendant is against the plaintiff (appointed party) and the selectors listed in the attached Table 1 list in attached Form 2.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the objective of passenger transport service, etc., and the plaintiff and the designated parties (hereinafter "the plaintiff, etc.") are members of the Incheon Branch B of the National Transport Industry Democratic Bus Workers' Union (hereinafter " Democratic Bus Workers' Union") (hereinafter "Plastic Bus Workers' Union") who are employed by the defendant company on each of the corresponding dates as stated in the "date of entry" list 3 attached hereto, and currently worked as the defendant's bus drivers.

B. Wages paid to employees belonging to the Defendant under the terms of the collective agreement and wage agreement apply to the collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the Incheon Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association and the Korea Automobile Workers’ Union of Incheon (hereinafter “Korea Automobile Workers’ Union”). The main contents of the instant case from 2009 to 2013 are as follows.

The term of validity and the period of implementation of the collective agreement in 2009 (as of September 1, 2009) - The term of validity and the period of implementation of this agreement shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010. - The term of validity of this agreement shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 201. - The term of termination of this agreement shall apply until the date of renewal after the expiration of this agreement and the right to terminate a collective agreement may be terminated only by mutual agreement between labor and management. - The term of this agreement shall enter into force on August 1, 2009 to 40 hours per week,

- The working system is a two-day system, based on 40-hour work per week, and may be concurrently worked on a day-day basis through labor-management consultation.

Provided, That the first day of every day shall be recognized as the second class service per day.

- The number of full-time working days each month shall be 22 days (20 days in February), the full-time allowance shall be paid during full-time work, and the holiday allowance shall be paid in addition to the prescribed number of working days in excess of 22 days (20 days in February).

3) Members of the wage agreement (the wages of drivers shall be agreed upon with the Incheon Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association, the Incheon City Urban Bus Construction Cooperative Association, and the Incheon Labor Union.
