1. The defendant on February 7, 2013 with respect to each of the above amounts and each of the above amounts stated in the separate sheet No. 1 attached hereto to the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company with the purpose of passenger transport business in Incheon Metropolitan City, and the plaintiffs are those who were employed as the crew belonging to the defendant and were retired or currently employed.

The working hours under Article 5 (Working Hours) of the collective agreement in 2009 shall, in principle, be 40 hours a week, and may be extended by up to 52 hours a week.

Article 7 (Work System) (1) The Work System shall be a two-day system and shall be based on work for 40 hours a week, and work for 40 hours a week may be conducted concurrently through labor-management consultation.

(2) The number of days of full-time work every month shall be 22 days (20 days in February), and the full-time allowance shall be paid during full-time work, in addition to the statutory holiday allowance, if the number of days of full-time work exceeds 22 days (20 days in February).

Article 12 (Benefits System) Members (Drivers) The benefits system shall be a starting point, and shall be calculated from the first day of each month to the last day of each month and paid within the 15th day of the following month.

Provided, That the existing benefit date shall not be changed.

Article 17 (Allowance for Continuous Service) (2) Continuous Service Allowances shall correspond to a separate wage agreement, and include ordinary wages.

Article 43 The term of validity of this Convention shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010.

The period of implementation under Article 1 (Enforcement Period) of the Wage Agreement, 2009 shall be from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010.

Article 2 (Period of Calculation of Wages) (1) The fifth day per week shall be 9.5 hours including 8 hours of basic work and 1.5 hours of overtime work.

Article 3 (Calculation of Wages) (1) A driver's wage shall be the basic monthly wage system, and the number of working days shall be applied in accordance with the wage forecast calculated by the comprehensive wage calculation method.

(2) A monthly basic pay shall be paid to all employed persons, but a daily adjustment of basic pay shall be governed by Article 8.

Article 4 (Labor System) ① Grade 6,536 won in the first-class position. ② Grade 5,867.72 won in the second-class position. (1) 1. 1. 1. For overtime work from July 1, 2009, 150% in the first-class position shall be paid.

(5) Continuous service allowances: One year from the date of entry.
