Defendant
A is an employee who operates up to December 19, 2012 by C and thereafter was in charge of the business of supplying customers from the E-mail operated by D, the wife of D, who died, to January 1, 2012, to April 16, 2013. Defendant B is an employee who operates F, the distributor of electronic parts, and Defendant B is an employee who operates F.
1. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents by Defendant A;
A. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made the title “Transaction” using a computer at the office of 4408(ju)E of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building G building, the Defendant forged one copy of the transaction statement in the name of E, “The transaction date: 2012-12-14, 2012-12-E, 205, 320B-6, 320-6, 2,816.”
B. The Defendant had the intent to forge an application for corporate banking service in the name of (E) E in order to deduct corporate funds as set forth in the following “3-A”.
around 11:10 on December 20, 2012, the Defendant stated “Application Form for New Enterprise Bank Services” in the “Application Form at the I Branch of the New Bank located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, “E,” the contents of the application, the cancellation of the contents of the application, the proxy personal information of A, and the delegating Party E”. On the next, the Defendant forged the above application form, which is a private document on the rights and obligations under the name of (ju) E, and submitted to the J of the Bank staff as if the forgery was duly completed at the said I Branch of the New Bank on December 20, 2012. On December 20, 2013:13:30, the Defendant stated “Application Form for New Enterprise Bank Services” in the “application Form,” and submitted the copy of the application form, namely, the name of E, change of the contents of the application form, the proxy name, A, and C’s personal information of the delegated person, and submitted the signature and duties of the said employee to the said Party E.
