Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a representative of the CC established as a business of civil engineering works, agreed to receive subcontract amounting to 80% of the construction cost for the government-funded construction works of the Namwon-si, which is located on the second floor D and D in Seoul-si, the second floor of the E operation (State) and the second floor of the EF office, and entered into a verbal agreement to perform construction works from January 13, 2012 to May 10, 2013.
