A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant did not pay a fine for negligence, while holding the registration number plate in front of CUP car owned by the Defendant, with the intention to forge it and attach it to the said car.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) made up a car registration number plate in a method of printing and attaching a 520mm wide and 110mm high in color by using a computer at the (ju) E office operated by the Defendant of Tae-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon; and (b) attached the C car registration number plate in the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Around July 30, 2016, the Defendant exercised forged air defense by operating the foregoing vehicle with a forged motor vehicle registration number plate attached, as described in paragraph 1., at the section of approximately 25 kilometers from the above (E) E office to the insular place located in Daejeon Pung-gu. From around 30, the Defendant exercised forged air defense.

3. A person violating the Automobile Management Act was prohibited from forging or forging a registration number plate, etc., but the defendant, as described in paragraph 1., forged a registration number plate as stated in paragraph 1. and used a forged registration number plate as described in paragraph 2.
