Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In the 18th presidential election implemented on December 19, 2012, the Defendant served as the Chairperson of the Committee on Overall Coordination of Candidates for D Candidates for C candidate at the 18th presidential election.

Nevertheless, if the Defendant sent a letter of appointment of a member of the Central Election Countermeasures Committee for Gu candidate to persons with influence from electors in Gyeongnam-do, the Defendant tried to distribute the letter of appointment to the candidates with a sense of belonging as a member of the D candidate election campaign as a member of the D candidate election campaign, and furthermore, he thought that he will carry out an election campaign for the D candidate, and that he will distribute the letter of appointment regardless of his will.
