A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Ten injections (No. 2, No. 3) for one-time seizure shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Western District Court to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of indecent act by force, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 20, 2016. Even if a person handling narcotics is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, each of the following:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On January 13, 2019, the Defendant, at around 21:03, remitted KRW 200,000 to a bank account (E) under the name of D Bank account (E) known by B, and purchased phiphonephones by means of searching for the volume of phiphones hidden by H while mailing in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around the same day.

B. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant purchased phiphones by means of remitting KRW 150,000 to the J bank account (K) in the name of F, around 21:41 on the same day after he received 0.2g of phiphones that he received from H from H.

C. On February 25, 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to a bank account (M) in the name of L, which was known to B, around 19:43, in the name of F, and then purchased phiphones by finding out the amount of phiphones that H concealed on the lower part of the N of the N of Sinung-si around the same day.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at one’s house located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul, and (b) 1-A.

As purchased, 0.5g of philophones were put into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered philophones by means of injection into one’s arms.

B. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant at one’s own office and 1(b) around the aftermath.

The amount of 0.2g philophones purchased, such as the paragraph, was administered in such a way as above.

C. The Defendant at his home around February 25, 2019 or around the following day, at her own house and 1-C around the new wall.

The 0.7g or 0.8g of philophones purchased as stated above was administered in the above manner.
