Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence), etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on June 21, 2016.

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

On October 7, 2018, the Defendant purchased 1.3g of philophones, which are 30,000 won in front of C in Gui-si B, and which are 1.3g of philophones, which are 1.3g of philophones.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. shall trade, smoke or possess marijuana;

A. At around 15:00 on February 7, 2019, the Defendant kept the hemp plant 13.45g for the purpose of smoking in the between the Defendant, parked in the said apartment underground parking lot, which was owned by the Defendant, on the smallest book, bank, and the Bridge 13.45g, among the Defendant’s dwellings located in H apartment housing I, in the Namyang-si-si, Gyeonggi-do.

B. On February 7, 2019, at around 10:00, the Defendant directly produces marijuana in the same place as the description of paragraph 2(a).
