A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

1. The Defendant: (a) sent the amount of writing to the Cbank account (Account Number: D) in the name of the Cbank account (Account Number) known to the Defendant on the Internet; and (b) intended to purchase writingphones by carrying the concealed penphones at the place known to the Defendant.

On September 28, 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 800,000 to the above account at the office of Cheong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cheong-ro branch, Gangnam-gu, and around that time, purchased phi-phones with approximately 1g of phi-phones concealed from the bitra stairs located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. On October 2, 2019, the Defendant remitted KRW 1.6 million to the said account at the G branch of the C bank in Daegu Suwon-gu, to the said account. Around that time, the Defendant purchased phiphones with approximately two grams of phiphonephones concealed from the stairs in the French-gu, Busan-gu.

C. On November 6, 2019, around 13:21, 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 800,000 to the above account from Cbank Samsung Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and around that time, purchased phiphonephones with approximately oneg of the phiphones concealed from the bitra stairs located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 29, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the philophonephones purchased at the insular telephone near the Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul), such as paragraph 1(a), by drinking drinking water.

B. On October 3, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of opululululululululul, purchased from the Cheongdodong in Gangnam-gu Seoul, with paragraph 1-b, in a way of drinking water, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of opulululululul in drinking water.

C. The Defendant, around November 6, 2019, drinked approximately 0.1g of the philophonephones purchased from the unfolding telephones near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southerndong, such as paragraph 1(c), in drinking water.
