A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around May 6, 2014, the Defendant visited C’s house located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and found the victim a day to view it different in the house, and took one driver’s license for D in the name of the director of the Daegu Provincial Police Agency, who was in custody on his/her book and kept the victim in custody.

2. On April 16, 2015, at around 22:05, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven an E rocketing car while under the influence of 0.142% of the blood alcohol concentration at the section of about 1km from the road front of the Han-dong in Busan-dong to the five-round front of the Hancheon-dong in the same Gu-dong.

3. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on April 22 and 50, the unlawful uttering of official documents, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from the police officer G belonging to the F District Police Station of the Busan East Police Station, called the “F District Police Station”, who was in possession of the stolen and stolen motor vehicle driver’s license for D under the name of the Commissioner of the Daegu Police Agency, presented it to the police officer as he was in possession of D; and (b) on April 16, 2015.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (3), forged the signature of D for the purpose of exercising the driver’s signature by stating “D” in the driver’s signature column as “D,” and submitted it to the police officer at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (3).
