A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall transfer the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, around May 31, 2014, the Defendant acquired a C white franchise from B in front of the river route in the Chang-gu, Chang-gu, Chang-gu, Chang-gu Kimcheon-ri, but did not transfer the ownership of the said vehicle until July 7, 2014 without justifiable grounds.

2. Around June 2014, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate by inserting the word “C” on a white board (a 52 cm, vertical 11 cm, thickness 0.01m) cut by using batteries located in E office located in Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Seoul, with a black plastic tape. The Defendant forged one copy of the car registration number plate by inserting the letter “C” into a black plastic tape with a knife, and attaching the black plastic tape with a knife with a knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the car number plate, which is the air of the issuance of the head of the competent authority, for the purpose of exercising.

3. From the date and place prescribed in paragraph (2), around 16:00 on July 7, 2014, the Defendant held a forged air number plate, which is a motor vehicle sign, owned by the Defendant, to the front road of the election commission in front of the building in front of the election commission located in 16-34, i.e., the vehicle number plate, which is a forged air, from the date and place prescribed in paragraph (2), to the date and place, and around July 16:0, 2014.
