Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B, as a pet relationship, the number plate was kept in custody due to the failure to pay administrative fines, etc., Defendant A and Defendant B conspiredd to continue to operate the above number plate by forging the number plate.

1. On March 25, 2015, the Defendants forged air conditioning in the Defendant A’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, in a white paint with the number of “C” and the word “C” using shesheshesheshesheshes in the joint board located therein.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the registration number plate of air defense for the purpose of exercise.

2. On April 2, 2015, the Defendants of the forged air-defenseing events operated the rocketing motor vehicle equipped with a forged registration license plate attached from the residence of the said Defendant A to the 37-7 Mayang Construction in Daejeon mid-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to use a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.
