Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is an operator of the "E Game Establishment" in D at the time of the game strike, and the defendant B is an employee of the above game establishment.
No one shall provide game products, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, for distribution or use, or exchange tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
1. On March 13, 2013, from around 13:00 to around 16:40 on March 14, 2013, Defendant A altered the game product in such a way that, with the installation of 45 unit of “NEXT game machine” in which the total use was rated in the above game room, Defendant changed the game product in such a way that, if an automatic game is put into cash by installing an automatic camera device on a game machine and a No. 1 unit, the automatic game will proceed without any separate manipulation, and then, an unspecified customer who found the place of the game will go into the automatic game and automatically play the game, and if the success in the operation of the game is found, he/she will change the ID card discharged from the game machine into 10,000 won per page.

2.
