1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and the defendant B by imprisonment for a year;

2. Provided, That with respect to Defendant A, it shall be applicable.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. D Operation of a game room without a trade name in the E underground warehouse (hereinafter “F game room”). Defendant A is a manager of the above game room, who is in charge of the operation and fund management of the game room.

No one shall provide game products for distribution or use, or display or keep for such purposes, which have not been rated by the Game Rating Board, and shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of the game products for business purposes.

Nevertheless, from September 1, 2012 to February 21:00 of the same month, Defendant A and D provided 40 games in the above F Games, and 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 customers acquired through the use of game products by providing 10,000 customers with 40 games in the sea, which were not rated by the Game Rating Board.

As a result, Defendant A provided game products without classification in collusion with D and exchanged points obtained through the use of game products.

B. D and B are unemployed owners running the “H” located in G at the time of truth. Defendant A is a person in charge of operating a game room and managing funds as the head of the above game room management department, and I is a person working for the above game room employees.
