A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2017, from around November 9, 2017 to at least Daejeon, Defendant A linked to the Internet illegal soil site “C, etc.” and used to operate the said site to charge game money by means of unlawful distribution of dividends, when he/she opened the Internet sports sports games in the name of the bank operating committee D (Account Number F), (Account Number F), H Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee (Account Number I), K Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee, H Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee (Account Number L), H Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee (Account Number I), and K Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee (Account NumberO), and 6,9430,000 won in total to the K Bank account in the name of the bank operating committee (Account NumberO).

2. From September 12, 2017 to January 26, 2018, Defendant B: (a) accessed the Internet illegal soil site “C”; (b) opened a bank account in the name of the P Bank in the name of the Bank of Korea (Account Number R), Q Bank account (Account Number F), H Bank account in the name of the Bank of Korea (Account Number F), H Bank account in the name of the Bank of Korea (Account Number I), and H Bank account in the name of the Bank of Korea (Account Number I), and (c) deposited game money with KRW 9.3 billion in total on 23 occasions; and (b) deposited game money in the name of the Bank Account in the name of the Bank in the Bank of Korea (Account Number I) provided at the above site by means of receiving dividends.
