Punishment of the crime

1. On May 31, 2015, the Defendant conspired with D (Death on October 16, 2015) to operate a gambling site called E 102 and F in the lux Studio of Gyeonggi-do. On May 31, 2015, the Defendant granted a certain percentage of the money deposited after receiving money from G’s name bank account (Account Number H) and B’s bank account (Account Number I) to an unspecified number of members who opened the website and paid dividends in accordance with a certain percentage of the money deposited.

In collusion with D, from May 31, 2015 to September 1, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 542,852,568 in G’s national bank account (Account Number H), from July 25, 2015 to September 1, 2015, deposited KRW 2,850,713,831 in B’s national bank account (Account Number I) with KRW 3,393,56,39 in total, and paid a certain percentage of dividends in accordance with the distribution amount.

The defendant, in collusion with D, provided financial benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things, although he is not a national sports promotion corporation and a trustee of the Seoul Olympic Sports Foundation.

2. Defendant B’s use and management of an access medium shall be governed by other Acts.
