1. Fraud;
A. On April 5, 2013, around 11:00, the Defendant stated to the effect that the victim B would take a cab in front of the Rova Hospital located in the Rocheon-gu, Daegu Northern-dong and would pay a cab fee to the Gap from the victim B to the Gap-dong, Kimhae-dong Elementary School. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the cab fee even upon arrival at the destination.
The defendant had the victim operate a taxi to the out-dong elementary school in Kimhae-si, and acquired it by fraud without paying 140,000 won of the taxi fee.
B. On April 6, 2013, around 12:00, the Defendant stated to the effect that the Defendant would pay the victim E the face value by making a telephone at the Defendant’s home, which was located in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 302. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the face value by installing a computer.
The Defendant obtained information from the victim by installing one prefabricated-type computer with an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 from the victim, one 22 LROM monitor, one kid, and one Mas.
C. On July 27, 2013, around 09:30 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant stated to the effect that the Defendant would pay the victim G the face value by making a telephone from the Defendant’s home at the time of the Defendant’s house located in Kimhae-si building 204, and that the Defendant would not have any intent or ability to pay the price even after installing a computer
The Defendant obtained information from the victim by installing one computer with a total amount of 800,000 won, one monitoring unit, one stamper, one key, etc. from the victim.
2. At around October 2, 2013, the Defendant thefted the victim’s possession of 3:00,000 won, using the gaps in which the victim did not work at work at the victim I’s house in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si. 106, with one set of 3:00,000 won, at the victim’s market price.
