A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, upon receiving a request from the branch victim B to send e-mail to the customer, had been aware of the password of the entrance door of the "D" office at the 1st floor of Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Seoul, in the process of his service, and had the intent to steal the property by impairing the above office.
