【The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court on May 1, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Busan Correctional Institution on January 24, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant of an official document forgery: (a) the title “Notice of an expected issuance of corporate permission” using a computer for the purpose of exercising the right without obtaining permission for the establishment of a corporation from the Gyeongbuk-do branch, in the Defendant’s residence located in the Gyeongbuk-gun C around the Gyeongbuk-do branch on February 2, 2014.
