Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 10, 2014, the Defendants’ joint crime committed the following acts: (a) purchased the old-si E Apartment No. 406 Dong 105 (hereinafter “105”) from the seller D in the name of Defendant B; and (b) applied for a loan to a financial institution as collateral 105; (c) the lessee F and G having the right to claim the preferential repayment of deposit by transferring the relevant house; (d) however, there was no house lessee’s absence of the details of the moving household; and (e) by using the alteration of the details of the moving household inspection, the Defendants intended to obtain the loan in the name of Defendant B
A. On March 14, 2014, Defendant B issued “the details of the occupancy household perusal (including a cohabitant)” as to 105 at the I community service center located in Si/Gu, Si, Gu, and made a move-in report at the domicile of 105, and was issued “the details of the occupancy household perusal (including a cohabitant)” again.
