1.For the plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay KRW 50,000,000 as well as its full payment from October 1, 2004 to the day of full payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence 1 through 7, Eul evidence 2, the facts of the reasons for the claim are recognized.

Therefore, Defendant B is obligated to pay 50,000,000 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 19% per annum from October 1, 2004 to the date of full payment. Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay 12,50,000 won to Defendant B and the amount calculated by the rate of 19% per annum from October 1, 2004 to the date of full payment. Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay 12,50,000 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 19% per annum from October 1, 2004 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, each claim against the Defendants against the Plaintiff is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
