1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay KRW 50,000,000 as well as its full payment from December 29, 200 to the day of full payment.

1. The facts in the separate sheet of claim and each of the facts in the cause of the claim after the change are acknowledged as either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including additional numbers).

2. According to the above facts finding, as the plaintiff seeks part of the claim explicitly against the plaintiff, the defendant corporation, the principal debtor, shall pay 50,00,000 won and 18% interest per annum from December 29, 200 to the day of complete payment. The defendant corporation, the principal debtor, shall be jointly and severally liable with the defendant corporation, and the amount of 50,000,000 won and 18% interest per annum from December 29, 200 to the day of full payment, the amount of 16,33,666,60 won and 18% interest per annum from the heir of the defendant corporation, the joint and several surety, and the amount of 18% interest per annum from the 130,000 won to the day of full payment, the amount of 16,000,000 won per annum from the 1818,000 won per annum from the heir of the defendant corporation, the heir of the 1818% interest per annum and 2818% per annum per annum per annum.

3. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is with merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
