Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 2927] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court on October 16, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 5, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On September 21, 2016, from around 18:54 to around 20:26, the Defendant stolen 4 cards, such as the victim E-B’s Love Card (F) 1, Have Card (H) 1, Have Card (H) 1, Have Card Have Card (J) Have Card Have Card Have Card owned by the Victim G, and HaB’s Have Card Have (LB) Have Card Ha, which was located on the second floor of the building located on the second floor of the 3rd floor of the 3rd floor in Gui-si, Gui-si, Sin-si, by using the key located on the new engine.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, as of September 21, 2016, entered the establishment of the LG electronic list shop operated by the victim EFra Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 95, on September 21, 2016, and there is a love Have Card under the E’s name.
