Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a B-to-be under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 500 meters at the entrance of the sea high school located in the same Dong at the entrance of the gyeast-gu, Busan, B-to-be under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.097%.
