Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 201, at around 22:32, the Defendant driven B K5 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.203% alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 200 meters, at the entrance of the Taedae Park Park in the same Dong-dong, in the vicinity of the gravel in Busan Young-do.
