Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:30 on January 19, 2014, the Defendant driven an off-to-land 20 meters away from mandatory insurance, in the vicinity of the 3-dong Do office located in the Mono-dong, Mano-dong, Busan.
