The defendant is a person who drives a B E-car car.

On December 3, 2014, at around 02:26, the Defendant driven the said vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters from the front side of the amrash-ro restaurant located in the Daegu North-gu Busan-gu, to the front side of the amrash in the same Dong while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109%.
