1. As to KRW 1,364,911,040 among the Plaintiff and KRW 20,000,000 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from December 13, 2015 to March 2, 2017.

Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff is an architect office that has reported the establishment pursuant to Article 23 of the Certified Architects Act, and the Defendant is a market improvement project association that has obtained authorization for establishment on October 18, 2012 to implement a market improvement project scheduled for the main complex building, etc. of the third and fourth underground floors, the 14th above ground (hereinafter “instant project”) pursuant to the “Special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts” on the land of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On June 15, 2012, the Defendant’s overall headquarters, held an inaugural general meeting to establish the association, and selects the Plaintiff as the designer for the instant project. On July 27, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with the Plaintiff regarding the design of the new project (hereinafter “instant service contract”).
