1. The Defendant’s resolution at the residents’ general meeting on August 9, 2010, shall be Han-ro Co., Ltd. as a specialized management businessman of rearrangement projects.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. An association establishment promotion committee for housing redevelopment improvement projects in the private zone (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) is a non-corporate association consisting of 50 or more promoters with the consent of the owners of the land, etc. in the relevant project implementation district under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) to establish a housing redevelopment project with the aim of housing redevelopment project consisting of 284-3 large-scale and 51,094 square meters in the private zone in the private zone in the Gu-si-si (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. C. On July 10, 2010, the instant promotion committee announced a public announcement to select a repair business operator and a designer, and accordingly, six companies, including Han-ro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea LACD”), as a maintenance business operator, participated in the bid by four companies, including Han-ro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea AD”) and the comprehensive architect office construction (hereinafter “high-speed construction”).

1. Outline (1) of a project plan: The location of a housing redevelopment improvement project (2) in the human creative zone: 51,096 square meters in the area of a single-dong 284-3 (3) in Guri-si;

An enterprise (A) which has the results of housing redevelopment improvement project with at least 2,00 households in a single scale (3) the management entity specialized in rearrangement project (including the results of the representative director and the executive officers): Provided, That an enterprise which has the results of local performance in the old city shall be given preferential treatment to the designer (B) who has at least 1,00 households in a single scale of multi-family housing and at least 5 households in a single scale, or has at least 3,00 households in a single scale;
