A Imprisonment for a term of two years and six months, defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A and B are in a relationship with the military as known to him in relation to “2019Gohap466,” and they deal with cocars, psychotropic drugs, MDMA (EMA), and Kenyas, respectively, regardless of the fact that they are not authorized to handle narcotics:

1. Defendant A and B received a proposal from Defendant D residing in the U.S. to “to divide narcotics, etc. on the face of mail by receiving in lieu of an international mail containing narcotics, etc.,” and Defendant A agreed to provide his residence to the place of receiving the said place or to receive the said mail, and Defendant B sent the received narcotics to “the sender.”
