A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he handled the following narcotics:

1. Medication of narcotics;

On January 24, 2018, around 03:28, the Defendant: (a) sold a capsule (hereinafter referred to as “compacte”) containing hallucinogenic substances in the name of “G” in the name of “G” from Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) decided to purchase 200 caps of the caps; (c) around 03:30 on the same day, the account number of the bank account in the name of the Defendant.
