A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated MDMA (MMA, a single name “EXM”; hereinafter “EXM”), Kenya and temporary narcotics, as follows:

1. On December 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) connected to “B” overseas Internet shopping mall online shopping mall, using smartphone at a non-displace; (b) ordered the addressee to pay KRW 20,602 to “A” and the destination to “Seoul Mapo-gu C”; and (c) ordered the Defendant to put the Plaintiff in a product name of “NEON PATRY”; (d) around that time, the Defendant was placed in a steel container and sealed it into a plastic bag, sealed it with a buffer material; and (e) sent the said item by air registration mail; and (e) delivered it to the Incheon Port on January 14, 202, Incheon Port of Dong-gu, Incheon around 18:47.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported a set of money.

The facts charged are stated as "in collusion with the above-mentioned person," but they are deemed inappropriate in light of the nature of the crime in this part, and they are deleted to recognize the facts charged as above.

2. Around January 1, 2020, the Defendant received X-si and Kenya from a person who was unable to receive his name in the trade name near the E hotel located in Hong Kong (mama, Hong Kong’s nationality) in return for a free delivery of X-si and Kenya’s influence.

As a result, the Defendant received X-gu and Kenya.

3. The Defendant, EXP and Kenya medication, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, referring the above X-ray to the water as well as the water, and inhales the above Kenya’s fire to the coin.

As a result, the Defendant administered X-gu and Kenya.
