Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019Gohap447] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled cocars, psychotropic drugs, MDMA (one name, EXC; hereinafter “EXP”) and marijuana as follows:
1. On December 2, 2018, the Defendant inhaled cocars at a club located in a non-commercial area below the U.S. Luxembourg Angegeles, and inhaled the smoke by attaching the marith in a tobacco paper the marith to the marith in a tobacco paper.
Accordingly, the defendant used a cocar and smoked marijuana.
2. On December 2018, 2018, the Defendant purchased six marijuana mileages and one X-gu from a man with infinites in the name of the Defendant’s name at the lower end of New York, and inhaled smokes generated by inserting one marijuana set into the electronic tobacco, and heating all of them, administered with water at the X-gu 1, and inhaled with cocoop.

3. On January 3, 2019, the Defendant, at the JFK Airport of New York, carried five out of six marijuana cart storages purchased as above at the JFK Airport of the United States of New York, and went into the Incheon National Port in the Jung-gu Incheon National Port on January 4, 2019, after boarding the aircraft of B Company C, at around 04:54 on January 4, 2019.
Accordingly, the Defendant imported five marijuana mileages in the United States to Korea.
[2019Gohap478] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated X-si, Kenya, and marijuana as follows.
1. On October 21, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that d hotel clubs in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, in a pipe in a pipe and inhales smoke generated by putting the smoke in a dog with a fire.
2. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant received from G one of the F clubs located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, X-si, and then received from G one of the X-si.
