가. 필로폰 매수 범행 1 피고인들은 2013. 3. 초순 저녁 무렵 서울 성북구 I 인근의 피고인 C의 월세방에서, 돈을 모아 필로폰을 구입한 다음 이를 함께 투약하기로 모의하여 필로폰 구입대금으로 20만 원을 각출하고, 이에 피고인 A는 즉석에서 중국인들이 주로 사용하는 채팅용 스마트폰 어플리케이션인'웨이신 일명 위챗 등으로 알게 된 필로폰 판매자인 J, 일명 'K'에게필로폰을 구입하고 싶다는 메시지를 보낸 다음, 같은 날 22:00~24:00경 서울 영등포구 대림2동 1028-3 관악농협 대림지점 앞 노상에서, J에게 위와 같이 각출하여 모은 필로폰 대금 60만 원을 건네주고, J로부터 필로폰 약 1그램을 건네받았다.
