Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 18, 2010, Defendant C was sentenced to one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court on August 18, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on November 25, 201.

[2013 Highest 1897] The Defendants dealt with philophones as follows, although they cannot deal with psychotropic drugs, such as the sale, provision, receipt, administration, etc. of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “clophones”), by failing to handle the psychotropic drugs:

1. Defendant D and C’s co-principal Defendants, as married couple, interfered with Defendant D’s main purpose of purchasing a large volume of penphones, accompanied by Defendant D, to purchase a penphone with Defendant D and sell it mainly with Defendant D, and conspired to administer a penphone purchased at the same time.

(1) The Defendants, on March 2013, 201, were 2.2 million won to F, and 10g of philophones contained in plastic paper from F, in the D’s low-speed vehicle parked on the front side of the police station located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and 10g of philophones contained in plastic paper.

(2) On March 31, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendants: (a) stopped in the vicinity of the Buddhist apartment located in Sungnam-si; (b) together, the Defendants 6.6 million won in F and f. 30 grams in total of f.30 grams in which plastic paper was divided into three parts.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones through two times.

B. (1) around 02:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendants included 0.1g of phiphones in the Hmotoel located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, two for a single-use popon into two for a single-use popon, and injected into each of the following arms:

(2) At around 08:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendants inserted 0.1g of philophone into two parts of a single-use popon in the Hmoto, and injected into each of the following parts of the arms with a raw water melting 0.1g.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones more than twice.
