Punishment of the crime

On January 13:30, 2015, the Defendant was requested to present an identification card from D belonging to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, while receiving an autopsy in the PC room in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu and the 1st underground floor "C".

Therefore, the defendant, who is a public document in possession, presented the E's resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Gwangju Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, which is a public document, as if the defendant was a resident registration certificate for the defendant.
