A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court and 2 years of suspended execution on July 20, 2019.

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated MDMA (hereinafter referred to as “EXP”) as a psychotropic drug.

1. Purchase and medication of X-how;

A. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won for female under-name-free women at the 1st basement C club in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the X-si 2.

B. The Defendant administered one of the X posters purchased as stated in paragraph 1(a) at the time, place, and place as stated in paragraph 1(a) in the manner of drinking, such as drinking.

C. On October 2017, 2017, the Defendant administered a club listed in paragraph (a) No. 1, with the method of drinking one food, at the EXP time purchased, as set forth in paragraph (a) of Article 1.

2. Acceptance of marijuana and purchase of marijuana;

A. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant received a large amount of marijuana free of charge from his/her name-free male ( approximately 30 middle group) in the 201st underground club of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a new wall, from his/her name-free male ( approximately 30 middle group).

B. After about 1 hour after the date and time stated in paragraph 2(a), the Defendant purchased marijuana with the amount of 450,000 won for the same black male and the amount of marijuana and the amount of electronic tobacco apparatus in French and French.

3. On September 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana over eight occasions, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around that time to December 26, 2017, by inserting marijuana in the 1st degree C club toilets of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by inserting the marijuana in an electronic tobacco, and then inhaleing it.
