A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:
1. On June 10, 2018, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs MDMA (one name X-si; hereinafter “EXP”) from D in Songpa-gu Seoul.
2. On August 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided D with an X-gu free of charge a car in D’s car parked in the vicinity of the “F” club located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) provided D with an X-gu free of charge by means of using 1/2 of the X-si in the “F” club for approximately two hours after which the Defendant provided D with an X-gu 1/2 of the X-gu.
3. In September 2018, the Defendant received the Kenya’s flusium, which is a flusent medicine, from I in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the Mesium in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and administered the Mesium by using the Mesium as soon as possible to inhale the Mesium.
4. On November 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received from “K” club toilets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul High Court in the Gangnam-gu Seoul High Court (JJ); (b) administered D with D, in the same manner as prescribed in the foregoing 3.; (c) d again, hump from D with hump with hump with hump with hump with hump with hump for hump; and (d) administered the hump in the same manner as the above 3
5. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant administered an X-gu in a way that the EXV was dried up to 1 set forth in the “H” club as indicated in the above 3. Paragraph (3) by using the EXV as a flac with water.
6. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant, at the “K” club, as described in the above 4. paragraph above, administered GHB in a way that psychotropic drugs was dilutiond with GHB in psychotropic substances D.
7. In January 2019, the Defendant, at the “K” club, as described in the above 4. paragraph above, found GHB in a way that fested energy beverages dilutiond by GHB from D, and drinks them.
