A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the Kenya, MDMA (one name, X-si, hereinafter referred to as “X-si”), and marijuana as follows:

In the case of paragraph C, the Kenya administered the dilution in such a way as to drink the dilution alcoholic beverages with the pulse in lusium.

3. The Defendant, who received marijuana and smoked, is above 1. A, on the first half of November 2018.

In the C parking lot in the port, the marith of tobacco containing influoral marijuana was collected from D, and the marith of marijuana was smoked in such a way as to inhale the smoke by attaching the marith to the marith tobacco in the above club.
