A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a handler of narcotics, and shall not sell, sell, or smoke marijuana.

1. The trade or the attempted trade of marijuana;

A. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana from a drug seller and conspired to sell it to divide it into two parts, together with C, which is the first half of the year; (b) the same year;

Around the 8th of the same month, a person who is a drug seller, intended to purchase marijuana from a deceased person (one name D) and sent 10,000 won in cash, including the sum of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the deceased person’s name (one name D) to the address of the non-co-owner known to C, and received about 10,000 grams using the high-speed bus freight delivery.

After the beginning of the same month, the Defendant issued five grams of marijuana purchased to C at the residence of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F 201.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and sell marijuana.

B. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred 200,000 won in cash, including KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 received from C from the person under the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, from the French land at around 01:09; and (b) received approximately 10 grams of marijuana using the delivery of express bus freight from the same date.

After the beginning of the same month, the Defendant issued fivegs of marijuana purchased to women at the residence of the above C.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and sell marijuana.

On October 21, 2015, from around October 21, 201 to around February 23, 2015, the Defendant transferred 80,000 won in cash, summing up KRW 600,000,000,000,000,000 received from C to the above person without the name, using Kwikset service, and received approximately 20 grams of marijuana on the same day.

Since then, the Defendant issued 15gs of marijuana purchased from his female in the residence of the above C police officer of the same month.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and sell marijuana.
